Purpose:

He has to deliver relevant value proposals and solutions to the market inside the NA region.

Work closely with KAM and Sales managers in your region, to develop together Business strategy & Account Plan (crops and customers), to maximize economic value proposition, for growers, channel and other stakeholders

He will perform the right technical positioning of each of the products giving to marketing clear technical Unique Selling Point of each of them, to set proof of concept for the tailored solutions and to ensure proper transfer knowledge of both for the marketing and sales organization to ensure competitive advantage.

The MD is fully in charge of the key farmers portfolio in his/her region.MD Area Lead Iberica, Italy & Maghreb in compliance with corporate policies and procedures to foster synergies at country level around tailored solutions.

Accountable together with the KAM of his area to deliver the business.

Scope (global, regional or local):

Regional (Maghreb: Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia)

Key Tasks:

He will be the responsible for the following items :

• Technical positioning of each product:

o Very close relation with Testing Research Associates to secure proper transfer of knowledge of the future products to launch.

o Execution of the trials generating a data set to determine the product positioning and crop management in each of the local conditions. o Follow the protocols according to Crop/PMC guideline including the local market needs

o Data management, quality review and timely submission of trial results.

o Deliver the technical value for the final customer: work with customer marketing manager to categorize and validate key product features and benefits for support material (USP)

• Provide right Solution:

o Perform the proof of concept of new tailored solution.

o Fully collaborate with Crop Protection, Field view, if applicable, to make them main actor in each solution.

• Transfer Knowledge:

o Monitor, coordinate and execute all new product launches demo platforms.

o Share responsibilities in the implementation of trials of commercial product with sales.

o Align with marketing and sales in the implementation of all the demo platforms of our key tailored solutions to match with the campaign calendar.

o Collect most advancement products customers’ feedbacks

• Compliant with Bayer safety rules and driving policies.

Qualification & Competencies:

. BSc degree or equivalent in Agriculture or related discipline with 3 or more years experience.

• Fair understanding of seed business in relevant general agronomic knowledge of agriculture production

• Business and technical acumen to anticipate actions to support business strategies and enhance business results

• Effective interaction with cross functional teams and build respectful and collaborative internal relationships for business success • Ability to technical problem solving,

• Embrace opportunity to initiate and support change

• Self motivated with good social, communication and organizational skills

• Seeks leadership opportunities to build presence and impact with those outside team and company

• Good level of English.
