Description
We are hiring a CP Regulatory Specialist supporting Morocco and Tunisia for a mission of 1 year.
This Role Will Be Responsible
- To support regulatory documentation transfer in the global regulatory database VEEVA (scan and filing of certificates & full dossiers after submission…) for Morocco and Tunisia.
- To support the Reg manager for MAGH in the regulatory-administrative related tasks for MO and TU (searching for data, form filling…)
Accountabilities
- Reports directly to the Regulatory Manager for MAGH, located in Morocco (SYT rabat Office).
- Support (according to the instructions received from the Reg manager) in preparing the regulatory submission package/supporting documents to achieve local registrations according to plan.
- Organize the countries (MO. TU) filing and documentation (physical and digital filing) as per instructed by the Reg manager and according to AME REG WoW (Africa Middle East ways of working)
- Make sure that the regulatory documentation is filed in the relevant filing places up to the global data base VEEVA, by working closely with the MAGH Reg manager and the HQ data quality specialist based in Basel.
- Supports in preparing and maintaining supporting documentation (e.g., MSDS, reg. certificates translation) for assigned products.
- Supports in preparing and reviewing local label text
Experience Required For The Mission
- Experience in conducting registration procedure in crop protection or related industry
- Experience in establishing and maintaining good relationship with official bodies (governmental and non-governmental organizations)
- Knowledge of the processes, methodology and legislation linked to the 2 Business Areas] regulatory environment
Experience in using and maintaining regulatory databases.

- Proficiency in English including specific terminology required to preparation of registration documentation
MS Office working knowledge
Experience To Be Gained In The Job
This job will provide opportunities to learn about in critical tasks on the dossier preparation/building for Maghreb countries. It will allow to understand how the different CP functions (MKT, CPD, REG, SUPPLY) interact both at country and regional level, to understand what regulatory function is and to start understanding crop protection products registration. It will be an opportunity tounderstand registration processes in Maghreb.
