Role Purpose

The HR partner do this by supporting, advising and inspiring leaders.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
// Partner closely with multiple leaders, advise, coach and hold them accountable for talent, leadership, performance, culture, org-design and transformation initiatives.
// Work closely with the HR team to implement people strategies for Divisions and Functions and ensure exceptional outcomes in talent, performance, culture & change cross all leadership teams without a dedicated assignment also driving a broad and integrated talent perspective & insights for the dedicated HR partnering roles.
// Support of projects for all HR-related areas within the scope of prioritization
// Cooperate closely with employee representatives and advise on legal HR issues
Experiences, skills and Qualifications
// University degree or equivalent
// Min. 5 years experience and knowledge of strategic and operational HR portfolio
// Strong interpersonal skills, including building trustful
relationships, influencing, challenging, conflict resolution, consulting and coaching leaders
// Knowledge of the local labor laws
// Business acumen: understanding of related business drivers, challenges, and opportunities
// Strong outcome / solution orientation: Competence to drive results and to collaborate within Bayer networks
// Good organizational skills and strong in reducing complexity
// Competence and willingness to leverage digital technology and data to interpret and generate talent and organizational insights
// Highly agile, able to quickly understand context, needs and challenges and to manage a multitude of complex topics in parallel
// Fluent in Arabic, French and English, both spoken and written
