A leader in the agricultural sector that operates in growing, packing and exporting red berries with a total headcount of around 6,000 employees in Morocco, is currently looking for a Project Manager M/F who will be based in Agadir.
As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the COO and your main responsibilities in this role will be the following :
– Take responsibility for the projects as set by the CEO, from conception to on time delivery
– Collaborate with the COO on operational strategy and organisational strategy to ensure growth targets for the company
– Give support to ensure delivery of efficient operational processes
– Manage relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
– Manage Team members across all areas of the projects
The successful candidate should have:
– A master degree (engineering or business)
– An extensive Agricultural Management experience in Berries (fruits rouges)
– Be fluent in French and English
– Be prepared to travel overseas
