1.- Job description :
The District Manager’s primary mission will be to manage and coordinate all processes related to the company’s operations and production, with the following key responsibilities:
- Manage operations team on the district
- Lead the execution of the District plan, delivery the achievements defined on the budget
- Ensure the achievement and/or maintenance of company’s certifications
- Articulation and coordination with Agronomy to strength execution and optimization on the district
- Budget an process planning
- Ensure the development of the process and the integration of the internal control policies on operations team daily operations
- People Management & Talent Management
2. Education & Skills :
- Bachelor / master’s degree, as well technical course with significant proven experience in the area
- Engineering, general management, specific technical course
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Min of 5 years in agriculture managerial functions
- High level of organization, focus and commitment
- Solid interpretation and analytical skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Effective decision maker
