Job Title: Commercial Intermediary specialized in technology at DeepLeaf

As a Commercial Intermediary, you will utilize our AI-powered solution, Morshida, to assist farmers in diagnosing plant diseases, receiving recommendations, and optimizing their agricultural practices via WhatsApp. Your technological expertise will be leveraged to provide accurate information and guide farmers in their decision-making process.
Responsibilities:
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production
- ensuring maximum usability
- Act as the primary point of contact and build relationships with farmers, providing guidance on DeepLeaf’s Morshida solution.
- Maintain accurate records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop diseases, and pest management
- Familiarity with technology solutions and their applications in the agricultural sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for sales tracking and customer relationship management
- Any relevant certifications or specialized training in agriculture, technology, or sales would be an advantage
