Job Description :
- Agronomist primary mission will be to:
- Develop and implement all agronomy activities in the specific area of allocation.
- Define and implement irrigation and nutrition programs to achieve the highest production potential with high-quality performance.
- Define and manage the experimentation and demonstration program for the crops and bring their expertise internally and externally.
- Support Grower’s network.
- Identify gaps and coordinate with HR to develop and implement training programs for the agronomy team.
- Coordinate with ranch managers the daily objectives
- Identify gaps and coordinate with local HR to develop and implement training programs for irrigators and agronomy assistants.
Education & Skills
- Master’s degree in Agronomy.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an agronomist, agricultural engineer, or similar positions.
- Mastery of project management.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
