We are looking for Biosolutions Development Manager for our UPL Maghreb Organization
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Years of Related Experience: (2-3) years’ work experience in Biosolutions or Biostimulants
• Education: Agronomist Engineer
• Language: Arabic , French and English
• Strong influential leadership skills
• Strong project management skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analysis of existing markets and identification of new opportunities.
· Conduct of field trials
• Co-ordination of New Products Introduction/launches with other regional, country, and Communication/PR teams.
• Management of New Products Introductions (NPIs) at each individual stage gate. Monitoring of NPIs and their performance in the first 3 years after the launch date, taking corrective actions if necessary.
• Active participation in development of Advertisement & Promotional materials templates and their implementation at a country level
• Prediction of future strategic trends and targets, incl. other agricultural inputs
• Building up an attractive products range and services for distributors and growers, with preference of UPLs global value added proprietary products,
• Provide leadership and develop the global registration strategy for the BioSolutions portfolio by working closely with the regional business units
• Provide expertise to Marketing and Sales on the BioSolutions environment
• Work with legal on patent issues and opportunities for BioSolutions products
• Develop or modify the NPI tool to support BioSolutions projects
