Customer Service Officer
He / She Will Be Also Responsible For
The customer service professional deals directly with our customers either by phone, face to face or electronically. He/she is responsible to timely and accurate management of Customers orders and to initiate or implement any corrective actions to fulfil those orders or other inquiries from customers. This team cooperates closely with sales and account managers to align our service levels with the account plan and makes sure these are delivered accordingly.
- To manage the BU orders to achieve the target Customer Service Levels at the appropriate cost.
- To provide a coordination point of contact for order delivery planning.
- To support the local supply chain team in its daily activities.
- To manage the MDM (creation material, customer) for all available tools.
Location : this role will be based in Mohammedia or Agadir – Morocco
Geographic Scope: Northwest Africa
Accountabilities
- Ensure that order follow up is available on daily basis.
- Ensure that stakeholders are informed in time to take decision needed
- Work closely with Order manager to ensure deliveries are done as per sales plan.
- Prepare the KPI’s on monthly basis
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
- Relevant Logistics qualification or a relevant Agronomy/Agriculture degree.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Critical Skills
- Effective liaison with other business functions.
- Shows initiative, proactive and be willing team player
- IT skills especially of Microsoft MS Office Programs
Critical experience
- Minimum 2 years in similar position with a multinational company
- Extensive interaction with general management across the business
- Experience in Agro Industry will be a bonus
