Reporting into the EMEA Blueberry Director, the job holder will be in charge of fostering the sales of Blueberry in the area assigned, giving technical advice to clients.
Individual Accountabilities
- Develop Blueberry business in its assigned area, commercial and business development activities.
Deliver Blueberry revenue and profitability growth targets
Ensure profitability through professional, analytical and data-driven decision making
- Advising technical to client as the way of continuing growing sales and productivity.
Giving technical formation to clients.
Sharing best practices among clients and internal departments.
- Ensure the collection of royalties
Following up blueberry client’s production.
Collection of royalties.
- Ensure the coordination between Blueberries commercial activities and other commercial crops in the region
Requirements demanded:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomic or related field
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Ability to manage challenges.
- Demonstrated skills negotiating.
- Ensure sufficient collaboration with regional functions.
- Languages: French, native. English, fluent. Spanish and Arabic, desirable.
- 2+ years’ experience of sales growth and achievement with proven track record
