Martico, a leading global reefer logistics specialist, is looking for new talents to join our growing reefer logistics operations team based in Casablanca, Morocco.
The ideal candidates should demonstrate the following skills & attributes:
- Minimum education background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BAC+ 3) in areas related to business administration or logistics management.
- 1-2 years of experience (including internships) in the logistics industry. Previous experience in reefer logistics or agriculture export is a plus.
- In addition to Arabic and French, the candidate should prove fluency in English (read, written, spoken). Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiar and flexible in using CRM, Microsoft office tools, process-oriented tools, Morocco logistics industry & customs tools (Portnet…).

- To work in a team and high-pressure environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- To have attention to detail and prove a methodic work style.
- To be an autonomous and proactive learner.
