Offre d’emploi : Product Manager (Raspberry & Blackberry)

The goal is to have a product manager to support the person responsible for launching new varieties in the raspberry and blackberry lines.

Individual Accountabilities

• EMEA Rubus Crop Team Coordination
• Market Knowledge:

• Attributes sought in the market and segmentation.
• Main varieties and sales formats.
• Maximum economic potential of the market. Maximum potential of Planasa.
• Main competitors: strategy (club, license), strengths of their breeding programs, main varieties, selling prices.

• Obtaining and ratifying data, results and information for each product or variety internally:
• Annual and seasonal data for each variety
• Data and results comparation and analysis
• Generation of reports and slides of the Crop Teams.

• Product Assurance:
• 5-year production timeline monitoring.
• Importance of the product for operations and KPIs.
• Assurance of the strategic plan for production (nursery capacities and other options)

• Ensure the correct launch of products:
• Necessary technical material: creation and maintenance.
• Generation and control of technical training to the commercial department and farmers at the right times and in the right way.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomic or related field.
• Languages: Spanish, desirable. English, fluent. French, desirable.
• 2+ years experience
• Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Ability to manage challenges.
• Demonstrated skills negotiating.
• Ensure sufficient collaboration with regional functions.
