Currently Messem Maroc is looking for a :
Quality Assurance Manager
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Hosting quality visits / customer audits
- Obtaining and maintaining certifications (BRC, HACCP, FSMA, Kosher, FDA, PIAQ);
- Creation, implementation, evaluation and supervision of procedures and instructions regarding quality, food safety and hygiene;
- Ensure the respect for procedures, as well as for the customers’ expectations.
- Maintaining the food quality / safety dashboard and analysing the quality indicators;
- New product development.
- Direct communication with international customers regarding quality matters.
Preferred profile of the candidate:
- Masters Degree or equivalent in food technology, food science or related fields
- 5 years experience in a quality assurance and/or food safety manufacturing role, preferably in an international organization.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations
- Proficient in English, French and Arabic.
