A large Food distribution & Food Production company in Dubai is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer who will be in charged in Frozen Facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform QC product and packaging evaluations following standard procedures and instructions.
- Obtain Samples for production for testing.
- Data calculations, entry, and record keeping/ filing.
- Test Raw materials, documentation, and inventory control.
- Perform audits of facility and job functions.
- Guaranteeing quality control procedures are developed and implemented across the facility
- Monitor, verify, and validate activities to ensure that all products leaving the facility(s) meet Food Safety and Quality standards
Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience handling Quality Control for all the products in Frozen Facility
- Experience in Food Distribution & Food Production company is a must
- Candidate should have experience in Food Safety & Hygiene for Frozen Food
- Extensive knowledge in Quality Assurance for Frozen & Chilled
