SupPlant are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join them. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling their products to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the company’s sales targets
- Identify and prospect new customers in the agricultural industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Provide technical support to customers, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to customers
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of agricultural products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers
- English- fluent
